BME Group response to COVID-19

As we continue to work together with our customers and suppliers in these challenging times, our highest priority remains to ensure the health & safety of all our stakeholders whilst protecting our business.

The COVID-19 virus represents a serious challenge for the health, safety and well-being of our employees and customers.

Early on, we have put in place a Group Crisis Team which coordinates taskforces active in each operating company. Both Group and local teams are assessing regularly any action needed as the situation is developing in each country. Together, we are preparing responses driven by new regulations and customer requirements and use the strength and experience of our group to share best practices.

As to mitigating actions, for all our employees and customers, we are operating strict hygiene measures across all our offices, branches and distribution centers following the guidance of local government authorities.

Both Group and local teams are responsible for assessing any action needed in each country and we will continue to collaborate in response to new regulations and customer requirements.

To date we have an impact on our business and we are working hard to return as quickly as possible to normal business activity in all our markets.

As we continue to work together with our customers and suppliers in these challenging times, our highest priority remains to ensure the health & safety of all our stakeholders whilst protecting our business.
