BME Announces Appointment of Frank Hasselmann as Managing Director of SHK

We are excited to announce that Frank Hasselmann will join as Managing Director of SHK, effective 1 April 2025. With 20 years of leadership experience across consulting, retail, wholesale, and distribution, Frank has a proven track record from roles at McKinsey&Company, Kearney, and as MD/CEO at Linde Gas, and most recently at Calumet.

At Calumet, Frank led a high-performing team, expanded flagship locations, launched a circular re-commerce segment, optimized and digitized operations, and made key acquisitions. His leadership values strong teamwork, continuous learning, and creating lasting customer value.

We are thrilled to welcome Frank Hasselmann as the new Managing Director of SHK. His extensive experience and strategic vision will be instrumental in driving SHK through its next phase of transformation.
