BME Celebrates International Women’s Day

On March 8, BME pays tribute to International Women’s Day — a moment to honor the achievements of women and acknowledge the ongoing journey toward gender equality. At the current pace, it will take until 2158 to reach gender parity (World Economic Forum). This highlights the urgency of taking bolder, more deliberate steps towards equality.

Our progress and commitment

BME is committed to playing its part in building a world where everyone, regardless of gender, race, background, or interests, is valued equally. To support this, we have set clear targets for inclusion and female leadership. This year we are introducing Diversity & Inclusion training and leadership development programs to better support a diverse and inclusive environment and facilitate an ongoing dialogue about this topic within the group.
