STG brings new customer concept: local, efficient and future proof

Responding to an evolving sanitary market, STG is adapting its customer service model to deliver affordable design in the most tailored and efficient way.

STG is shifting from a network of large XL showrooms in prime locations, to a more agile collection of medium-sized stores located closer to its customers. This local presence helps STG better serve small installers and sanitary clients, making it more relevant where it matters most.

STGs “Less is More” concept introduces a smart, scalable showroom format: 600 m² of thoughtfully designed space showcasing 20 clear product stages and a curated product range with 70% private label and 30% top brands. By keeping 100% of the assortment in stock (PTS), STG simplifies product selection and delivers a fast, efficient customer experience. Compact teams of 2 to 3 people run each location, ensuring personal and trusted service.

What’s more, an inspiring STG online environment complements the local shop strategy to create a seamless customer journey. Here customers can select products, design their bathroom in 3D, schedule appointments, and find nearby showrooms.

With this, STG is building a customer-centric model where the customer is in full control – free to shape their own journey and seamlessly switch between online exploration and in-store experience. An ecosystem where showroom, expert advice, product configuration, and purchase are fully integrated. Transparent, accessible, and built to scale.
