BME Group acquires Decoplack, a leading drylining specialist distributor in the Levant area of Spain

BME Group (BME) and the shareholders of Decoplack Soluciones Constructivas S.L. have reached an agreement on the sale of Decoplack. With five branches located across the Mediterranean coast of Spain, Decoplack is a leading distributor of building materials in the Levant area.

Decoplack offers a broad range of building materials with a focus on drylining, ceiling solutions, insulation materials and façade. Decoplack is the distribution subsidiary of the Niñerola Group, which began its operations with the manufacturing of plaster ceilings more than 30 years ago. The company employs a total of 38 employees across its five branches and head office in Rossell (Castellón). Decoplack’s CEO, Manel Niñerola, will support the transition and integration of Decoplack into the distribution network of BME Spain.

The acquisition of Decoplack is the 4th acquisition in Spain since BME became an independent company in 2019, and the 28th acquisition across the Group.
