On Green Friday, BME’s Dutch subsidiary BMN and its brand Raab Karcher donated 5% of the collective turnover generated by Greenworks insulation materials sales. The donation went to Trees for All, a Dutch non-profit organization that plants trees for a healthier climate.
Instead of the consumption driven Black Friday, BMN and Raab Karcher embraced the concept of Green Friday and donated 5% of the day’s collective turnover of all Greenworks labeled insulation materials to Trees for All. Trees for All is a recognized Dutch non-profit organization planting trees for a healthier climate, more biodiversity and better living conditions.
Thanks to the donation by BMN and its suppliers Rockwool, Kingspan and Saint-Gobain Isover, Trees for All could plant 600 trees which will absorb about 15,000 kg of CO2 per year.Gerard Hospers, Manager ESG / Greenworks at BMN Group
