About
BME entered the Spanish market of building materials in 2021 with the acquisition of Grupo BMV to gain a strategic foothold in the attractive Spanish market, enabling continued consolidation of the market. After BME’s entry into Spain, BME acquired several companies (Planasdis, Yesyforma, Villar, Decoplack) to expand its footprint and strengthen its market position.
In 2023, the company name Grupo BMV has been changed into BME Spain.
BME Spain is the trusted partner of drylining, plasterboard and insulation specialists, contractors and professional building specialists and services them and their customers through their dense network of collect branches and showrooms for building materials.
